Title: IT Business Analyst- Contract-to-Hire Position
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Compensation: $55/hr

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for a contract-to-hire position with a blue-chip, global organization in Santa Monica, CA.

Requirements for this position include:

5 plus years’ experience in a BA role
Experienced in
- liaising between business users and IT team
- performing as the subject matter expert (SME) for the business domain and conduct knowledge transfer with the testing and development teams
- understanding, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business partner needs
- documentation of business requirements based on business needs and objectives
- recommending solutions and ensures business needs are met
- understanding and knowledge of architecture, application systems design and integration
- SAP experience is a plus
Self-starter
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
