OCM Lead

Requirements
At least 8 years experience in Change Management
At least 2 full SAP life cycle implementation as OCM lead
Responsible for:
Document the Value Proposition and Change Vision
Draft the communication plan
Identify process changes
Identify required organization changes
Develop transition plan
Define to-be business roles
Finalize the communication plan
Execute the transition plan
Execute communication plan
Communicate the business user training plan
 
Transition Plan        
• Outlines the steps to transition from current state to future state processes
• Includes workshop and meeting cadence
• Identifies people and process changes required to make a successful transition
       
Communications Plan    
• Outlines the audiences, deliverables, timeline and message content to support change through effective and frequent communication
• The communication methods proposed will include a mix of existing and new vehicles
• The plan will include the establishment of a network of trained Change Agents to ‘Spread the Word’
       
Role Mapping   
• Identify and define future Business Roles
• Map roles to security access and training classes
• Identify any new staffing needs
       
Manager’s Toolkit      
• Develop a communication’s package for Managers to deliver to their people
• Train Managers how to deliver the change messages in a positive and supportive manner
       
Project Website        
• Partner with the client change team to design, develop and implement a project website which will become a primary messaging area for transition
